Yoga Instructor Sayra Caydas invites you to a fantastic yoga experience in the unique landscape of cappadocia and revive your breath through yoga every sunrise and sunset. The program starts with a 1,5 hours of yoga practice at sunrise which will be followed by the nature walk to activate our senses and feelings in mental and spritiual preparation of discovery of the unique flora and fauna of cappadocia. At sunset we will meditate to internalize the whole days knowledge and experience.
